1. Introduction Please read these terms and conditions carefully. In these terms and conditions, we have used "we" or "us" to refer to Great Little Readers Limited and "you" for the school or other organisation that is the subscriber to Great Little Readers. By applying for a subscription, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which are deemed to include all disclaimers and other terms and notices appearing on the specific content of Great Little Readers from time to time.
2. Subscribing Online and Payment of Subscription. Once you have completed the registration and/or subscription form(s) online, we will notify you through the email address you have supplied that we have received your details and are processing your application. We will send an invoice to the email address you have provided as administrator of the account. You are responsible for ensuring that the invoice is received and paid promptly. If we have not received payment from you within one month of activating your subscription, we may choose to deactivate all your Great Little Readers accounts. If you become aware that payment has been delayed, please notify us immediately. We will notify you by email once your subscription has been activated, and you can login to Great Little Readers. Your account on this website is valid for as long as you maintain a subscription.
Great Little Readers does not offer refunds after a customer has purchased items or for non-usage of the system.
Pricing may vary. Great Little Readers may run special offers on our site from time to time. These offers are subject to change at any time.
3. Customer Password: You will access Great Little Readers using your login email address and password, both of which will be provided when you subscribe. Current staff at your school will register and their registration managed by the school administrator. Their logon and user password may be used for internet access to Great Little Readers while currently employed at the school but will be terminated and become invalid when they leave the said school. The administrator password is used to maintain account information and to renew your Great Little Readers subscription and should only be known to the person or persons responsible for those tasks.
4. Access Terms:This User Agreement grants you a limited license to access and use this website and the public materials for your personal, non commercial use. You may print and retain a copy of Great Little Readers’ material for personal, non commercial, immediate use. Your access to and use of the site is conditional on your acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers contained in this document and elsewhere on the Site. Your access to the Site constitutes your agreement to be bound by the general conditions. Any users found to be intentionally misusing the site (e.g. downloading excessive amounts of material ) will be contacted by Great Little Readers for an explanation. If not satisfied with the reasons given, Great Little Readers reserves the right to have the offending user’s access to the site revoked. Users must protect their usernames and passwords from unauthorised use. Users must make no attempt to gain access to any other user’s accounts. 5. Personal Customer Information The information you provide to us on your subscription application and otherwise in the course of using Great Little Readers will be collected and held by us in strict confidence. Once collected, we will use and store the information for the following purposes:

- The processing or maintenance of any data, records, or payments
- To respond to requests for help from you
- Collating information for statistical purposes to improve our product and service

11. Changes to These Terms We may change these terms and conditions. We will give all subscribers one month's notice of changes to the terms and conditions on Great Little Readers. If you are unhappy with a proposed change to the terms and conditions you may cancel your subscription to Great Little Readers by giving us two weeks written notice.
